1. What is Wishraiser

Wishraiser is the Charity Lottery platform with which Celebrities, Influencers and prestigious companies can launch fundraising campaigns for their own NPOs. Wishraiser offers all users the chance to win a unique experience by supporting an important social cause of one or more non-profit organizations. With just a few euros, it will be indeed possible to participate and have the chance to live your lifelong dream.
It is very simple to participate: just choose the campaign you prefer and make the donation choosing from the available levels. With this simple act, you will contribute to the fundraising for the indicated non-profit organization and you will receive a gift and a certain amount of chances to be sorted out in the final draw in which you could win a unique experience offered by your favorite celebrities and spend an unforgettable day with them.


2. How are the winners sorted out?

At the end of the campaign, among all the participants, one is extracted, selected through the use of a system of random extractions completely independent from our platform (random.org), a system universally used for random extractions for online contests. The winner is declared through an API (Application Program Interface) call.


3. Is the sorting process completely legal?

Yes, of course! All the competitions organized on Wishraiser.com are carried out in compliance with the current national legislation (D.P.R. 26 October 2001, n. 430) which guarantees the legitimacy of the operation.


4. What if I win?

You will be notified by us via the contacts you have provided. It will then be our duty to make your experience unforgettable, managing the journey, the accommodation and everything related to the experience (all inclusive!) that you have won! You will realize your lifelong dream and it will be our task to make it true!


5. Are the additional services (flight, hotel, etc.) included in the Wishraiser experiences?

Of course! Travel and accommodation are included for the campaign’s winner.


6. How many people can win the experience?

It depends on the experience: in some campaigns there’s only one winner, while in other there are more than one. Further details are clearly expressed in the campaign rules page.


7. I won! Can I bring a friend or a familiar with me?

Yes! In most cases, in fact, the winner can be accompanied and live his dream by bringing a guest with him. Always check within the campaign page if this is also the case in your favorite experience.


8. What are the chances of winning a Wishraiser experience?

The chances of winning vary in each campaign depending on the participants, the number of chances acquired and the number of winners. The beauty of Wishraiser is that with just 5 euros you can be blessed by fortune and live out an incredible experience that you will remember for a lifetime. Don't hold back and support your idol’s non-profit organization in order to spend a unique day with him/her!


9. When will the experience take place?

It depends on the experience. Dates are specified in the campaign page. In any case, our team will do everything possible to meet the needs of the winner.


10. How does Wishraiser stores the payment methods in a safe and protected mode?

Wishraiser uses a standard secure encryption system to ensure that users’ information regarding credit card and related information does not fall into the wrong hands.


11. How much of the funds goes really in support of the social cause?

Each level of donation corresponds to a reward and a number of chances that allow you to participate in the final draw. The part of the funds donated to the organization varies according to the nature of each level. Anyway, Wishraiser holds a 20% fee on each donation.


12. How do I know that the part of the funds donated to support the cause really goes to the non-profit organization?

At each purchase, the proceeds are donated directly to the beneficiary's non-profit organization. The NPO has its own accounts connected with the payment system used by Wishraiser and therefore receives the user's donation.


13. Will I get a donation receipt from the NPO?

Yes! For the donation made by purchase, the user receives a regular donation receipt created by Wishraiser in agreement and in the name and on behalf of the benefiting NPO. It is possible to request a donation receipt from the association by contacting us at donazioni@wishraiser.com.


14. When will I receive my donation-related rewards?

Wishraiser is based on the principles of reward-based crowdfunding and the rewards are generally shipped from 4 to 8 weeks after the end of the campaign. For some types of products, the user will receive the product more quickly. In the purchase process the user has a clear understanding of the timing of rewards delivery.


15. Where do I have to write my shipping address?

At the time of the donation, we will ask you for your shipping address if your reward is something physical, otherwise if it is a digital reward, it will be sent to the e-mail address that you’ve already provided.
If a personalization is needed to your reward, we will coordinate with you by phone or email to ask you for any information.


16. How do I get my digital Thank-you Card or a Video?

We will send you your digital Thank-you Card or Digital Video directly to the e-mail address you provided at the time of the donation.


17. Which payment methods are available?

We accept payments through credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. If you want to send a bank transfer to make a high-value payment, first check this possibility by contacting the assistance service.


18. Who can be elected as a winner?

It depends, each campaign has an official regulation that users are invited to read on the campaign’s rules page.


19. Can a foreigner take part to the campaign?

Yes, the participation is opened to all countries!


20. Does Wishraiser retains a percentage from the donations?

Yes, Wishraiser is a Company that raises funds for NPOs. By not charging any fixed fee to the NPOs in order to launch fundraising campaigns, in order to cover the services offered we withhold a percentage (fee) on each purchase made.


21. Where do I find my donations details?

By accessing your account with your personal credentials, you can see the status of your donations made: summary of the donation, rewards chosen, opportunities acquired for participation and other information.


22. My payment method doesn’t work. What should I do?

As a first step, we suggest accessing the check-out using a different browser and then to check the validity of the credit card.
If the problem persists, contact us immediately, we will do everything to help you! The email you can write to is help@wishraiser.com.


23. I have issues related to the website, what should I do?

Get in touch with us at help@wishraiser.com and we’ll deal with the problem as soon as possible.


24. I am an NPO and I would like to collaborate with Wishraiser. How do I do that?

25. I am or either I work with / for a well-known character. How do I organize a Wishraiser Campaign and raise funds for the cause that interests me?
