AIPD

AIPD was born on January 2, 1979 from a small group of families with the name of Associazione Bambini Down (A.B.D.). Today AIPD is an ONLUS with 55 offices in Italy where most of the members are parents and people with Down syndrome. The Association dedicates itself to teaching educators, assistants, teachers and others on how to help people with Down syndrome and their families. AIPD's mission is to help people with this syndrome and their families to  be able to attend a school where they can feel good and learn giving them the opportunity of finding an occupation in the future. Furthermore, the Association fights to make our society even more welcoming to everyone, to enforce the rights of people with Down syndrome and to inform as much as possible on the subject through seminars and conferences. Thanks to your donation you will support AIPD's projects aimed at the well-being of people with Down syndrome and the support of their families.
